# Services

The single biggest problem with approaches to audiences is managing expectation and delivering key information, all while driving a self-empowering and educated community.

Community is key.

An ill informed, poorly managed community can be a destructive force. The ‘wen’ culture and need for immediate gratification fostered by the vast majority of meme tokens that pervade the web3 space, have created a level of expectation in the crypto community that simply does not marry with the growing number of utility based enterprises who, by their very nature, require time to build real products and services. This juxtaposition often results in divisions in community and an impatient, often transient following. High community / customer turnover for any serious business, is not to be taken lightly.

In many instances of Web2 companies transitioning to Web3, as well as new start-up web3 projects, the building and management of solid community is paid lip-service, and only superficially viewed as important; the actual management and delivery often being left to those simply with exposure in the space, and with limited integration into the core business or, at the very least, core operations and communication structure.

**Solution / What we offer:**

Managing community expectation in a constructive and empowering fashion should be the goal of any serious project, but it is an aspect that is often overlooked and rarely professionally handled.

While an ill-informed, poorly engaged community can be a destructive force; a buoyant, engaged and educated community is a powerful ally. The focus when building and managing solid communities, is delivering a balanced approach that informs enough but without setting overly lofty expectations. The key to building deep roots and firm foundations, is to embed professional CMs and moderators with both a clear understanding of the goals, vision and capabilities of the project, as well as the breadth of skills to empower and educate those entering the community in the first instance; all delivered in a measured and professional manner.

CCC’s established, tight-knit but scalable team sets out to strengthen the foundations of existing communities, or ‘build right’ new communities. We foster an approach of empowerment and education, building resources and lines of communication that allow members to follow the maxim of DYOR. This system helps to create self-governing communities, with those empowered feeling the desire to share their knowledge with those new members entering the community. This also allows CCC to quickly identify community moderators who act as lieutenants to embedded moderators. Long term, this can help with reducing costs or on-boarding key community members into paid or elevated positions - essentially hiring from within.

Such approaches strengthen the relationship between project and user by inserting members into the project’s journey through project-specific resources, and a genuine sense of value. Where possible, all said resources are contained within the project’s own spaces, keeping the user within the ecosystem for longer. Such engagement is objectively more valuable than ‘trivial’ engagement (competitions etc - though these obviously still have merit) and can also be gamified through various integrations that CCC are able to offer.

Beyond the core tenets of communication, education and empowerment, CCC are able to offer tailored services that best fit the requirements of any project at any given time. These flexible approaches are beneficial at any stage where community is stuttering or requires fresh eyes, but are best deployed early, in order to foster the right attitudes across the community.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://ccc-ltd.gitbook.io/crypto-connect-consulting/services.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
